Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.
  • We only accept returns for yarn and related products. Custom or special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] to request a return or exchange. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
  2. Return Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide instructions on how to return your item. We will also let you know if your return is approved.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product received).
  4. Refund/Exchange Process: After we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be processed for the new item requested.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Used or opened yarn and other products.
  • Custom or special order items.
  • Items marked as final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Description of the damage or defect

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a defective product).


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please follow the return process first. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you the new product you requested. If there is a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.
